Welcome to Little Orchard Preschool!

We are so excited to be able to have this wonderful opportunity to teach your child the basics in a unique way, and give them a head start in their educational years. Little Orchard is like no other preschool. Not only do we teach the academic part of preschool we also help develop their motor, cognitive, social, interactive and independent skills. We are so excited to have this opportunity to be part of your child’s life.

Brittany Greenwood

Owner

Brittany Greenwood is the passionate Owner and Director of Little Orchard Preschool, leading multiple early-education centers in Utah with a focus on Montessori-informed, academically rigorous, and caring environments. Since beginning her career in early childhood education in 2001, she has earned credentials in Montessori, CPR, First Aid, and holds her National Administrator Credential, and she is currently pursuing a degree in Family & Human Services. As a committed advocate for childcare in Utah, Brittany has lent her voice to important policy efforts in local and nationwide bipartisan groups,  and regularly participates in statewide childcare committees. She also serves on several early-care boards and professional development advisory groups, helping shape quality and accessible care across the state. At home, Brittany is happily married to her husband Eddie (who also works alongside her at Little Orchard), and they’re blessed with two young children whom they adore. When she’s not leading her schools, she recharges by cake decorating, camping, weightlifting, and exploring new adventures with her family.

Megan Morelos

Executive Director

Megan brings a wealth of experience. She has served in various capacities within the childcare realm, from her years with the Salt Lake school district, where she made a direct impact in the classroom, to her more recent role as a preschool Director, where she guided and shaped the educational journey of young learners for five years.

Married to her high school sweetheart for 29 years, Megan‘s committed to her family as a mother of three adult children and a Nana to six grandchildren. She cherishes spending time with her loved ones and creating memories.

Outside of work, leads her to the great outdoors. Whether she’s camping or hiking in the beautiful Utah mountains, she finds inspiration and peace in nature. Additionally, her love for baking, allows her to express creativity and bring joy to those around her.

Megan‘s dedication to children is evident in her numerous certifications, including NECPA, SBS/AHT, CDA, and adult and pediatrics first aid/CPR. She continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and stay updated on the latest practices in early childhood education, completing numerous courses through accredited IACET providers.

Michelle Paez

Kaysville Manager

Michelle has always had an immense love for connecting with others, specifically children. She is passionate about building relationships with every individual, coaching on emotional regulation, and providing opportunities for an individual to succeed in all domains of development. She has served as a Site Director for a non-profit after school program, summer camp counselor, day care and preschool teacher and served the children in her local church.  With 15 plus years of experience in working with children and a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development, Michelle is excited to bring her expertise to the Little Orchard Preschool as the Director of the Kaysville center.

Michelle speaks Spanish fluently and is married to her best friend, Ben.  She took a pause in her career path while she fulfilled her duties as a stay-at-home mother raising two amazing boys.  In her spare time she enjoys quality time with her family and friends, binge watching tv shows, going to the gym, and dancing.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Little Orchard Preschool. They’ve done an excellent job helping both my daughter and son build early reading skills, and we’ve been so impressed with the thoughtful, intentional way they teach.

One thing that truly stands out is how well Ms. Michelle knows the children and their families. Despite having multiple classes, she knows every child by name and recognizes which parents or caregivers belong with each child at pickup. That level of care and attention makes a huge difference and speaks volumes about the environment they create.

We are so grateful for this school and the loving, supportive community they provide.

We love Little Orchard Preschool! Our daughter enjoys getting to socialize with the other kids and the teachers have been great with encouraging her learning. She often talks about how excited she is to see Miss Kenzie, Miss Brynn, and Miss Courtney. We really appreciate Michelle, the manager, as well. You can tell that she and all the other teachers truly care about their students when it comes to their education. I love this pre school and recommend it to everyone!! My daughter is already sounding out words because the reading program is amazing. I love that it’s so personalized to each child. Also My daughter was struggling last year with some OCD and miss michelle was amazing about it and so understanding. My daughter loves all her teachers but mentioned to me she especially loves miss christie! Such a good preschool!
