Ms. Taylor has worked in childcare for almost 10 years, and has a background in human development. She uses that knowledge to focus on catering to the specific developmental needs of the children she works with. She has experience teaching not only in a classroom setting, but also on the slopes as a ski instructor. She is passionate about helping people succeed, and values optimism and altruism.
One of the main reasons that Taylor chose to come to Little Orchard is to create a safe, happy environment for children to learn and grow. She has worked with many high-risk, low-income, and minority groups, and knows how much having a safe space means to many of those children. Taylor wants to create that kind of positive environment for every child, regardless of the circumstances they come from.
Taylor is outgoing, adventurous, and enthusiastic about life and about her passions. She loves the outdoors, and spends time hiking, kayaking, and exploring with her friends and her dog, Pepper, who she adores. She enjoys skiing and rappelling as well. Taylor is very hands-on and loves to create. She is also a fan of puzzles, art, and music.
